All of our products are custom-made to order, which means we take extra care in crafting your items to perfection.

Processing Time:

• Most custom items require 2–4 weeks to complete before shipping.

• Custom business signs may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production schedule.

If you need your order sooner than the standard processing time, please email us at info@sweetspaceevents.com prior to purchasing to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

Shipping Times:
Once your order is completed, shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays:
Please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as supply chain issues, equipment malfunction or carrier delays) may affect delivery times. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
